Started getting quotes for insurance which is needing done next month. I have points on my licence, what happens if you dont claim them apart from the obvious event of write off time and having to show your licence papers....if pulled for whatever reason by the fuzz can they check if you have points that arent claimed on your insurance? Or do insurance companys check if your teling porkies?

All advice apart from do it legit welcome because i now i should and probably will do this just want all angles on this
