I had my car stolen on Thursday night & wondered how you went abuot claiming the road tax back, as I dont have a disc to attach.

Think I should just include a letter explaining the situation?

Also if anyone knows the name of the form that'd be a big help.... seems the DVLA don't make it too easy to find on their website. Hmmmm, wonder why..

Well i'm sure you've called the police so they'd give you a crime ref number to quote to insurance etc...

Ring up the DVLA and tell them!!! you've got that REF number to back up your story
