paper claims he was doing 50 in a 40mph zone..and want to know who was driving..is it just a fine??or will there be points off??

nah i dont think so i think it will just be a fine and 3 points. if you get 6points in your first 2 years of driving then it is a ban, and you have to do your test again, i think

i dont think its actually a ban, they put you back on L plates and you have to retake theory and practical tests agian.

If he has no points now, it'll be fine, just a standard fixed penalty. £60 3 points. If he has 3 points he is screwed and will be busted back down to a provisional licence.
