If the online enquiry says that the license is not due, that means it has current tax on it right?

Reason being, I bought a GT a couple of weeks ago and was told by the seller that he'd just put 12 months on but the disc onthe car ran out last year. So I'm guessing (hoping) he just forgot to put the new disc in.

You will have to ask whoever you bought the car from for the new disc, if not you will have to buy another one.

you cant drive the car around with an expired tax disc, if you get pulled I'm not sure how harsh the police will be with u, but i wouldnt risk it.
