Looks well, and yes you can do an egr delete on the amf engine with out any adverse effects (warm up time was increased on mine in the cold weather so I put it back on).

The engine isn't advanced enough to know what's going on so it's all good :)

Depends where you go dude, mainly depends on the size of the tank that they dip in it, most of the big professionals should be ok to do it :-)

Update time: now that daily duty has been taken over by my A5 (3 ltr TDI quattro commuting ) this is coming off the road briefly for some TLC, and by god does she need it!

Booked this in for new caliper and discs and pads on the back this Friday, tried to wangle me helping out by changing discs and pads on the other side whilst the caliper was being changed but they said no

Thinking about painting the monos satin matt black too

Holy thread resurrection batman!

Lots done on this, mainly maintenance including new tyres and raising the front slightly as driveshaft was catching (advisory on MOT; never noticed it!)

Gonna get rid of the hydrodipped bits now as they look wank in all honesty already sprayed the engine satin black, hopefully gonna paint those bits gloss black (handle inserts, other plastic bits; might keep heater controls in carbon; gonna spray the window switch bits black)

Got some other bits I need pics of but will do that in time, few pics of her lately (location shots and at dubmania)

So, the end of an era has come, sold this on this week to pursue living the GTI Engineering Scirocco Dream :-D
