Well now the 8v is in bits on the drive way thought Id start a thread about the new 16v and future plans

Exterior Styling: Custom Mk5 Polo rear lights with added LED's, Inpro headlights, bee sting arial!

Head unit: Eclipse CD8445E

Front components: Focal K2P's

Components Amp: MTX MXA 4002

Sub: Focal 27-V2 11" subwoofer

Sub Amp: MTX MXA4001 Mono block

Plans:

Home made and designed air ride.

Mk5 interior with GTi Seats all retrimmed and LHD drivers door card.

BBS splits

Very Minor body smoothing and Mk5 mirrors

Couple of random interior mods I have planned.

looking good there fella and if its anthing as good as the 8v well its going to be a stunner! homemade air-ride sounds like it could be fun!

just one question though why are you after a LHD door card?

LHD door card so it doesnt have the electric mirrors thingy and I can hide it away somewhere, but now I thought about it I could just get one that didnt come with electric mirrors lol.

I hate the rims lol.

I'm going for some 3 peice BBS split rim and getting the centers painted pearl white.

And I now want lupo lights rather than MK5s, with a LHD one on the drivers side so there both nice and small.

hehe, no mate they are just too bloody big for fit on my mk1 :( (i know they will fit on a 6N) i still want them on my car but i think i am settling like yourself for some BBS style rims with a big dish... more in keeping with the original mk1 theme as well... plus i need dish...

I'm sure the wiper is just a standard one myabe its just the angle.

The bonnet does look a bit of, I'm sure it aint misaligned though probably just the angle again.

If in doubt blame the camera angles lol
