I thought if you insure fully comp, you are allowed to drive other vehicles. Some company have a set age for example over 21....

not with all, I'm with pru and they told me that id have to be over 25 to be able to take advantage of driving any other car [well almost any] under a fully comp policy, also the car that i would be driving would have to have fully comp policy, and of course i would have to have permission to drive it.

a few of us are with Quinn Direct and are covered 3rd party on any car.

I am 17 and only insured 3rd party but still have the right.

i really didnt believe this but its true

I'm 18, insured on my Polo third party fire and thieft and I drive a GTO which isn't mine too :D:D

The only exception from this is that I'm not allowed to drive a jeep. Why I would want to I don't know.

This is with Quinn Direct.

right i think i might be trying this quinn direct for my next quote?

any one have the contacts or web link?

*i have heard from a guy in work, that i might not get that cover due to being in the motor trade - anyone else heard this?*

cheers

looks like I'm gettin a raw deal!

is there anyway around this?
