sounds cool! a bit like mine and the custom filfthy interior!

thinking them shims would make the tyres sit closer to the suspenion on the inside. i still dont get were the hell them shims go, . haha plus i love the girth or flat wheels

they sit behind the stub axel craig! yeh guess they would make the tyre sit closer to the strut

yeh they do sit closer to the strut but theres plenty of room,

the camber is awesome the photos dont do it justice, not one bit :D

winter here so I'm back on steelies

be a 420mm one like i have on mine up front but mine are pressed metal!

i cant wait to get my boot redone to match the front on mine narrowing the recess!

mikes is so well done work is excellent!

cheers guys,

only just washed the car today

i have found sh1t loads of rust and last sunday i was reversing with the door open at night and i couldnt see the kerb, heard a massive scrape , stopped and was like wtf was that, then realised its was my door scraping along the top of the foot path,

bout 1.5ft scarpe down the bottm edge and its rusting rapidily

as for the plate it was an original size plate with small font( possibly the same font on motorbikes) and i cut it down to 380mm

chrispy- you keepin or losing the badge of the boot, hows the ikkle olop? lol :D

losing the badge too...i was also thinking of an a6 handle something different without losing its practicality of using a popper!

not too sure whether the a6 handle would fit into the space below the recess thou :?

how does yours pop open mike?

i think an a6 handle will fit, and look kool.

mine is a pain in the ass, fitted a solnoid kit and it broke after a week, bin messing with this morn and couldnt figure it out, so i came in and sat by the fire lol

so to open it i have to climb in the back, it is now finger operated

yeah thats what i cant be arsed with if it goes tits up!

i need to know the dimensions of the weld in plate u get with the a6 handles and see what the bodyshop says :D

phone venom, richard will help you

Looking phat as usual

Buy another tailgate to do it on incase it does go wrong (or maybe that's what you were doing anyway?)

not incase the bodywork goes wrong...bodyshop can sort that i cant be arsed with having to keep changing tempermantal solenoids if they are gonna give up every 2 minutes

would rather have handle but something smooth like an a6 one would tie in nice;y :D

mike can you remember the name of the place that did your plates? IIRC you saying u got them from a company at a show?
