a lot. i'd recommend getting a club membership, and giving adrian flux a ring. They managed to cut me a nice deal this morning

i must be ignorant, but does the club membership give discount from adrian flux insurance? also what others?

Depends where you live matey, I'm 18 and could insure a valver for just over a grand, but that's Aberdeenshire for you! Waiting till you are 19 could be a good idea, you're unlikely to pass your test before then anyway bearing in mind the waiting lists, unless it's already booked.

Doing that with direct line is more expensive than me being on my own policy!

try endsleigh, i just got my renewal with them last week. I'm 18 2 years driving (disabled driver) but no ncb due to an accidnet, declared alloys and that. i paid £1488, and the highest quote i got was £4000. Thats fully comp on my own btw, parents on my policy only saved me £5!! And even put one quote up by £600

Adrian Flux qouted me £1800 with my member discount!!!
