I think the Reiger stuff for the Mk3s looks pretty sweet, ain't seen much for the Mk4 apart from that shite Audi lookalike kit.

well yes some bodykits will make you are car look worse, and most of the time smoothed 16v bumpers will look much cleaner but then you are car will look just like everybody else polo which is boring! Do a good search and see what styles do you like, in my opinion I don't see that large bodykits go on well with a polo but the car is your's mate and you can do whatever you like on it!

Nothing wrong with the rieger lip kit... skirts and front spoiler, looks quite euro.

i think the bottom reiger kit and the DSP kit look very noice

That wide body kit could look good too with a few modifications (top two grills on the front bumper smoothed off and those big vents at the back to cool the drums )
