hi I'm thinking about moving my filler cap. has anybody "personaly" moved there filler cap ,we have all seen it done but can anybody give any advice from experience......thanks dave

i was contemplating putting my filler in the sidewindow for an internal fuel cell

I know what id do if i could be bothered - place an aero set-up directly above it,above the bodyline. Then chop the metal filler pipe,and connect the two using some petroleum grade tubing. But I've not done it,so its just an idea..

has anybody moved it to the B post ........its alright knowing how to do it the easy way.....LOL

wouldnt the easy way to move it to the B-post be to cut the filler cap part out, measure and cut the hole in B-pillar, weld in, smooth and re-spray, welding a plate and repeating finishing process? Obviously you may want to use a smaller filler cap/pipe so it dont stand out like a sore thumb?
