I've always loved and dreamed about having a yellow car, but not bright yellow nor dirrty yellow. Came across this picture of a polo with the exact yellowy/orange colour i want, and just wondering if anybody knows of a good spray garage, and how much it would typically cost for the whole car to get sprayed?

Naah I'm a lazy sod, get the garage to do all of it, even the pins n dents :p. Yeah, metalic paint :)

I think its a bit mediocre,you could get a purer,more luscious sunset than that. That may be an MG colour,but a paint shop will mix up any shade you want. When i was a teen,i saw a new shape Passat estate (late 80s) with diamond cut alloys and the purest sunset paint I've ever seen on a car. It had foreign plates,showing how much further ahead the europeans were 20 years ago.

The best shade of yellow paint i ever saw,however,covered a Marin Bear Valley mountain bike,circa y2k. Mountain bikes have been sent out with paint jobs that make most cars look dull as chip paper,so it should be no surprise.

well i got a quote for mine a few months ago, self prep non metalic paint at 180 quid, so dor them to do everything... its gonna be a fair few bob more
