Hi peeps. I've been offered a set of alacantra civic typre r seats for exchange for my leathers:

I'm assuming these are the seats

how easy, or where could i get subframes for these to fit a mk4 polo?

Dont think you would be able to get sub frames for them. Would have to make your own up.

One thing to check is how wide they are. if they are to wide then your doors will not shut.

Dunno about type r seats but my mate had scooby seats in his Mk4, were pretty wide, just about touching in the middle.
