If you have the miles on the clock that I think you have, then don't bother wasting your money. After all, how long are you going to keep the car? Let someone else worry about a blown 'box.C

You're probably better off spending the money on changing the oil more often.

Lucas Transmission Fix has a polymetric film which renews worn bands to stop slipping.

Plus, by the sounds of it, it's for automatics not manuals.
