the gearbox drain plugs are 17mm hexagons and the driveshaft splines are either 6mm or 8mm, but someone else can confirm that

daddys going shopping tomorrow

Driveshafts are M8's.

I made a 17mm gearbox tool using a 17mm head bolt with 2 nuts locked onto it. You use a spanner on the nuts with the bolt head in the gearbox plug. Works fine for the amount of times you are likely to have to use it.

best way to get the box plugs out is with a wheel bolt, there is enough head to get them right into the plug and get a open ended spanner round it too.

splines are 8mm
