VAG parts sell them and they're not too pricey.

about 15quid i think, bit fiddly to replace as the headlinign needs to be unclipped!

not difficult to replace at all, the piece of plastic holding on the head lining just unclips

but make sure you get the right one, the earlier mk4 ones are different to the later ones

the later ones has a built in amp and requires a 12v feed

I only want one cause mines turned grey and the little rubber ring around the bottom has a split in it

in which case, vag part it is then, they sell the rubber replacement bit
