Heat knobs on 6n2

Featured Replies

Got my polo about a week ago now but one thing has been driving me mad, my heat knobs not having a backlight!! i do alot of driving at night and its doing my head in not being able to see them!!

has anyone put any LEDs behind them and know if its an easy job or not?

Thanks, Alex.

edit: just had a look at my car and by the looks of it they should have a backlight anyway, can anyone confirm this?

There's a bulb behind the fan speed knob. Tricky to change. The knob pulls off giving access to the bulb. Best to look at the Haynes manual, it's explained there

Theres a post up on the forum with pics from the manual!

cant find the post :( and my libary doesn't have this book *gutted*
