i'm thinking of getting one and could do with knowing how strong the gearbox is,if it's a 02j I should be o.k

looks like they are either 02R or 02T. No 02Js among them, although my version etka only goes up to 2005. Think pretty much any 02x box is ok. It's the 085 that should be avoided where possible.
