both the speakers in my drivers door have stopped Woking, its not the balance and every other speaker works. any ideas?

Remove the doorcard and check the connections on the speaker a cable could of broken. Or if they are still the OEM speakers i would suggest changing them. You should be looking for 16.5 cm speakers to fit the door pods.

IIRC, the door has a seperate tweeter/mid. If so, its unlikely that both would stop working at the same time.

This could eb one of several issues.

1-headunit internal amp faulty. Test by swapping the channels in the back of the unit.

2-Wiring fault, either at the unit rear, or on the loom, through the door to the speaker.

3-As has been said, faulty speakers
