Not something too flashy...

I really want a fully lighted blue interior instead of the green.

My headunit supports up to 768 colours so getting that to match is simple. I've currently changed the gear knob and it's now blue when you turn on the side lights.

I've found some lockwood dials for about £36 in white - look quite similar to originals other than being well, white. http://www.lockwoodinternational.co.uk/dials/44WC.JPG

I haven't bought them yet though as I want to know if even what I'm attempting is possible...

I might swap the dials over anyway as they look pretty decent.

How hard is it to change over the backlighting so just the dials and digital clocks light up blue (everything else remains standard) baring in mind I want the heater matrix to match along with it, and what does it entail?

They're the wrong kind. They rev upto 7k if going by your profile, its an 8v it'll only rev upto 6k, Get in contact with PoloM, We did a group buy months back for these to be custom made as you can't anywhere else. He might have a few sets left. They're £36 aswell. :)
