Hey, I have a 6N2, and 2 different debadged grilles, kamei and bonrath. problem is that STUPID bonnet notch!! what did everyone else do?

I didnt want to permanently weld it up incase I want to sell on down the line, but the first notch fill is a cheap rough plasticky thing, and the other is a metal one that while fits has the holes in the wrong section to use screws. Glue it on?

Without welding it will just look like you've stuck a bit in the notch, thats the problem. If you're happy with that then fair play, but you might be able to get a second hand smoothed bonnet off here, they do come up from time to time.

Just do it. If your spending money then you mght aswell get it done properly. If yo udecide to sell it get a scrap bonnet and have it painted to the right colour.

I garantee if you get one of those plastic things you'll get sick of people asking you when your going to get it welded up.
