hi all

i have a leaking hetater matrix on mk 4 polo

do i have to take the entire dash board out to get to it, has any one got any pictures of its location

i take it that noody knows then

you will have to take the dash out

heater matrix is directly behind the stereo

from the engine bay, you will see 2 pipes going thru the bulk head, thats the pipes feeding the heater matrix

ok cheers i had a look in the paynes manual, which didnt help at all.

i knew it wasd behind the dash just wasnt sure where as there is a lot of plastic boxing.

was kinda hoping that someone had done a write up on this as it seems a common fault.

i ve help doing a couple of corrado and mk2 golf heater matrix changes

can be a pain because theres a lot of stuff to unbolt and take off, but its an easy job, just takes ages thats all
