removing dials and instrument panel

hii folks wondering if anyone knows how to remove the instrument panel from a mk3 polo.

wanting to change or color needles depends how easy they are to change... but dont know how to remove the instrument panel

and also how do yu remove the dials (or is it easy once your inside the cluster?!)

there is a guide on how to do this in the FAQ section. You got to take of the steering cowling with just a few screws then If you take out the radio, and the headlight switch (just pulls out) you can get to the clips using a long screwdriver. You can just push the clips in and pull the clocks towards you. Unplug the wiring plug at the back and turn the clocks 90 degrees and you can manage to get them through the steering wheel. Opening the clutser is very simple. Its just 6 screws and they are apart. You can take the needles off too but be careful, as they break easy. I would advise using a fork to lever them off. If your going through all this trouble you may as well upgrade to GT clocks if you have not already.
