Hi I need to replace one of the bulbs in the rear bumper, that lights the number plate. How does this come out? I tried popping the bulb holder but didn't was to be too agressive.

The bulb holder does pop out, there's a slot for you to lever it out with a screwdriver. You just have to be patient and very careful, so you don't damage the surrounding paintwork.
