Will be an ABD'd GT engine with a few tweeks.

Which oil should i be using?

10w40 Semi or 10w40 Mineral? If anyone can help me i'd appreciate it very much. Ta Rich

Cheers mate, while i'm on, whats my best bet for gearbox oil, i was thinking EP80 bu tnone of my local motor place has straight 80, its all 75/90 or 80/90!
