ok as title says, i cant get that damn pic off thats keepin the main bulb in place? ne one give me a tip please :)

The wire spring which holds the main bulb in place has a bar at the top - push down on this and it should unhook and swing down, allowing the bulb to be withdrawn. Tip: unplug the multi connector before doing this, otherwise you'll have to get both hands down there to yank the bulb out of the connector.
