Is the motor and mechanism exactly the same on both sides? Or would the mechanism be different depending on whether it is the drivers side or passengers side? So in other words can i buy the motor and mechanism from the drivers side of a car and expect to be able to fit it to the passenger side???

Need an answer fairly sharpish if possible...........
