Good pads for GT brakes?

Featured Replies

Going to replace the pads on the GT sometime soon, will probably get the bits from GSF, what are the best pads they do for a standard set up. Brembo, Pagid?

Any idea on the price?

I have Pagid pads and Brembo disks on my Spi (same brakes as the GT), and they're fine. From what I've read on here, Pagid make the Genuine pads for VW in the first place, so you can't go wrong. You'll be looking at about £8.50 a disk and £15 for pads (ex VAT and CP discount).

If Euro Car Parts are closer/ more convenient, the ATE brand pads and disks would be an acceptable alternative.

Raicom pads from pitstop developments are the dogs bollox espeically set up with brembo discs, thats whats on my gt, shit hot not to expensive either, i think they stil do em

For the price, I find the Pagid fast road pads from GSF very good. I haven't tried the Raicam's though.
