May seem a bit stupid....Firstly I didnt fit the coilovers or adjust them when the wheels came on. Had the wheels yday, I've found that I cant really get over anything as bumps go, I couldn't remember which wasy it was to adjust the height, which way do you need to wind them?

Am I correct in saying Wind up = Lower and Wind Down = Higher?

Anyone?

wind up goes higher IMO more thread below the bottom of the spring will mean higher ride hight
