Hi guys

can any one explain how mk4 subframes work?

do they sit in the existing runners?

or do they bolt to the floor?

any pics will help alot!

They have a little lver type thing at the front of the seat releasing a catch,again at the front..To remove them you undo (1x10mm i think) on the catch and slide the seat back,,job done,,Bobs your aunty.
