with my sub in the boot lid rattles, taken the panel off to investigate but nothing looks to be making noise but all u can hear outside is something rattling :S any ideas

Take the cover off and lay down some foam.. I used underlay for my base of my boot build works wonders...

ALTHOUGH it might be rattling round your hinges?? Can you work out where its rattling from?

3 people have looked cant figure it out :S sounds central but nothing moves its all tight on with the sub on full.. :S what difference will the foam make if something rattles?

i have foam between all my trimmings... so that trimming can not rattle against anything... Without finding what rattloes your gonna find it tough i think...

you are sure it's the boot lid that's rattling and not the amp or the back seat? the only thing that I can think of in the boot lid is the wiper motor or the actual boot lid not securing tight enough when closed...

I had to put some foam under my number plate as it used to rattle a lot.
