In the past week i put a GT dizzy on my GT as it had some random one on it, I brought a new rota arm and dizzy cap. The thing is, every time i start it, It starts perficly apart from it idles for about 2 second then drop instantly to stall. But if you rev it for around 30 seconds at 3-4k it will idle fine. Video is for referance, First part of clip is when it dies then second part is after 30 seconds of reving.

Has anybody got an idea?

Timing could be out.

Spoke to a VAG specialist, he said its probale the C02 adjustment, Going to get a test tomorow

Test done, Co running at 9%. All adjusted now and is running spot on. Never ran this good since i have owned it. Also its found its leg's, Lost power is finally back.. I am a happy chappy :)
