anyone no if there's a filter kit/induction kit available for my mk3 polo coupe 1.1i?

I believe K&N do a filter that is basically just a replacement air filter to go inside the standard airbox, but because its made by K&N its somehow better hehe.

Dont know about the induction kit though, what you can do is replace the airbox with a plastic elbow from a Mk3 golf 1.4 and attach an induction kit to that.

Or do what i did and put in a 1.4 Golf throttle body and put a kit on that makes a great noise!

Answering your question you can get a K&N panel filter element to fit inside your original housing, these are also available in longlife form. They make no difference to performance or noise but are worth it if you can get one for less than £20 as they never need changing.

You can get a bolt on air filter too. I recommend browsing the for sale section, posting a wanted add using a decent, descriptive title or asking at the local halfords/motorworld.
