Removing wiper scratches from windscreen ?

Hi, My Mk2 has a slight curved mark on the screen from the end of the wiper blade, it feels like it's *very* slightly scratched. Has anyone got any tips on polishing it out ?

Frost auto restoration do a windscreen polishing kit (google them)

T-cut or rubbing compound. Depending how deep, you can even use wet n dry paper around p1000
