What suspension for my G40?

Featured Replies

Hi all, I've just bought a G40. I had a GT before on spax adjustable shocks with -70mm springs.

I don't wanna go as low as that again as I dont wanna worry too much about catchin bits when I'm driving it. Most of Swansea's roads are terrible!

I was thinkin maybe a 60mm kit or maybe 60/40.

Is it worth gettin adjustable shocks again?

What do people think is the best setup to go for?

Cheers

Jake

This would be my recommendation too, lovely progressive lowered ride, great stance and a reasonable price for the quality. Yet to experience a better fixed kit.

Thumbs up from me three!

Best suspension kit you can get for a mk3 in my opinion!

As stu said.. the progressive windings of the spings make for a much more comfortable ride, whilst still being nice and stiff in the twisty twistys!

Best set up... could be Gaz coil overs but you'd have be feeling pretty flush to part with ~£650 for suspension.
