They're called ceramic fuses. I get them from scrapyards by the pocket full personally :)

lol, loving the 5 fingered discount, unfortunately the only scrappers round here follow you round 1 staff member to 1 customer!

I don't bother with the five fingerred discount. I just go for the approach of "What do you want for this?" "OK, chuck in a pocket full of screws clips and fuses and I'll have it"

There's no point nicking something they'd give you any way.
