MK3 clocks

want to change my clocks for one with a rev counter, have read on some other threads that its just plug and play (computer geek ahoy).

Is this true?

currently on non rev counter clocks, is the rev counter wiring already in the car???

if yu get a set of later spec clocks with a rev counter (try find ones without a temperature warning light) yu can swap over your speedo ( to retain milage ) and the rev counter will work fine all polos have wiring for speedos just not all had them fitted
