I've managed too lower the bk or my saloon its just the fronts are doing my head in. I've undone the steering rods and the bolt for the track control arms out.

i was just wondering how to get the linkage apart, do i need to undo the anti roll bar.

this bit wont come off:

and if i have got to loosen the arb which bit do i loosen.

Hammer it. and undoing the antiroll bar clips will help but its not always necessary.

yep. a bfh and preferably with someone else levering it down as you do.

Get a long pry bar, stick it over the bottom ball join and get someone to stand on it while you pull the strut outwards.

As an aside, I'm glad to see the term BFH spreading :)

do u mean the driveshaft nut, if so yeah. I'm just checkin the best way to do it b4 i end up breakin somthing.

the easiest way is to loosen it first with the wheels on the car still to hold it while u loosen it

Remove the front anti-roll bar mounts,so the bar is only held on at the tca's. This will remove all tension from it,making it simple to remove the hubs.
