Ok my newly fitted engine (its a 3F so mk3 engine) also leaks oil , but looks curable pretty sure its coming from the cam pulley seal. How do I swap a new one in? And do GSF do them? I don't have the haynes for this new engine just mk2s...

I had mine done by my dads mate whos a mechanic, there about £10 i think and he did it very quickly so i doubt its that hard.

It's quite easy. Just remember to undo the cam pulley bolt before you remove the belt. Remove the bolt that holds the rear cam belt cover onto the engine and pull it out of the way. Use a large deep socket to push the new seal into position. I swapped cams 4 times one evening and got quite good at doing it.
