Right, I am a bit of an amateur here and as far as I gathered, there are different gt engine codes, I know one is an Nz code, but I would like some help in defining the differences between others. I did try to search but nothing clear came up.

3F is the only one in the GT.

NZ was a 55(ish)bhp 1.3 MPI engine, used in a few polo CL's.

Cheers mate, i thought the 3f was a gt, i just got confused when people mentioned the nz.

NZ is a mpi engine in certain Polos. It's got lower compression and a milder cam than the GT. Also lacks it's close ratio box.
