Clicking noise from the front left wheel

i got this clicking noise coming from the left (passenger) side. It sounds like a little stone stuck in the tyre but there isnt any..so when I'm driving around u can hear it ..and the faster u got the faster the clickin gets lol. Got my MOT done recently and the guy said it was somethin missin in the driveshaft:s...I've forgoten now what he said.

anyone know what it is?

mmm, I've had the cv joints replaced once not very long ago...so a bearing then maybe ill try get it checked!!
