WOW :D

there some boy that lives near me and works in a garage up the road from where i work hes got a black turbo glanza quick as f*** spoke to him a few times and hed done quite a bit of work to it but went to his work the other day to drop a car off for an mot and his car was looking a bit fucked in the corner as he had rolled it. the starlet looks quite gd in yellow only ever seen black prefer the look of the older ones though.

yeh looks sik my m8s had one of these for his first car....about 3 weeks ago it got nicked from outside his house...but fuk its fast boy his was the glanza...imported it from japan dor dirt cheap £2000 with hardly any milage...

gutted though about the car getting nicked

That looks cool mate, love the glanza's cool little cars.

Like them recaro's :unibrow:

its not a real glanza turbo tho

saju1986 - What was the point in even posting anything? <_<

Little update..

Finally received my Blitz induction kit today

DSC01948.jpg

Then I went out and bought a metre of aluminium air feed piping

DSC01949.jpg

Got that all in place

DSC01950.jpg

Peeking through the front for nice cold air :D

DSC01952.jpg

I planned on making two air feeds but didn't really have room for two alumium pipes, so I reused the airbox intake pipe

DSC01955.jpg

I ran out of materials when wrapping the plastic pipe though so I'll have to finish it off some other time!

Overall engine bay...

hmmm loks brillinat, not sure on them wheels though think they need either an awful amount of spacing which isent advisable or selling and some ray's rims buying  youve done a marvelous job though mate!

Looks good (still) chap!

Are the wheels staying silver??

looks nutz, wiked job, ignore the haters, top car mate..

Cheers guys

Advans are just as good as Rays as far as I know.. I've always wanted these and didn't waste any time in buying them when I saw them for sale!

I'm thinking of painting the dish on the wheels gold or yellow and doing the centres black. Its going to be one hell of a job though because of the structure of the rims and how the centre caps fit (screw on) but I will figure something out. Not yet though maybe after my AS level exams (May/June)

Thanks for all the comments guys

Yup Ignis Recaros.

A UK Starlet is a 1.3 N/A whereas the Glanza is a 1.3 Turbo and has a totally different looking body. (With the bodykit, bonnet, headlights, spoiler, interior etc)

The wheels won't be getting painted too soon but I'll see what I can do in the summer holidays :) they will take me ages to do as they are gonna be complicated to get perfect!!

TC Trading Quickshift and Anti-lift plates should be here next week too.

I will hopefully going to collect a GT axle next weekend which will have the rear brake discs :D

The cars up on axle stands at the moment too. I'm gonna clean it all then Hammerite it all under the arches and everything else I can get access to underneath the car! And then I'll fit the new bits :)
