Can i take the glass off the front of the headlights and spray the bases of the insides? i cant figure out how to remove the glass?

I'm sure there was a FAQ about this.

From what i remember, the easiest way to remove the glass is to pop it in the oven for about 30mins (don't qoute me about this).

just search on here to see if you can find it, if i find the copy i printed out, i'll send it to you

and what temp would i put the oven on at?! lol

don't know ho high but i'd say warm them slowly from cold if it not hot enough you can always turn it up a bit don't place them into a warm oven when cold they may crack the glass try a hair drier first some of the new one don't half put out some heat
