Hi all,

I've had my coily's fitted for about a month now and for the last week have been tryin to raise them a little as its rubbing 2much.

Managed to get them moving apart from the front passanger side which doesnt want to move no matter how much WD40 you spray at it.

I then tried Wurth Rost off ice(stuff only mechanics use) which i have been told is much stronger than WD40. sprayed most of the can on the coilover and is still stuck into position. I've even tried a hammer and various different flat objects to get it moving. I'm also starting to believe that a C spanner wont even do the job.

I've come close to just giving it one with a hammer (but violence gets you nowhere)

Could anyone help or suggest something i could do?!

Shouldnt buy second hand cars, bits start falling off like the front bumper grille's

On a serious note...Taking it to a garage is more of a last resort, Just hope sum1 on ere has some idea's or have previous experiences they can share.

and when you can finally move it coat the thread in copper grease and wash them (the coils) regularily so they cant get covered in salt and corrosion

maybe try a struggeling bar on the end of the c spanner halfords sell them....

(please dont go and get one) on a serious note. get some scaffolfing tube on the end of the c spanner as abit more leverage?
