hey

well the rims i got on mine aint specially for vdub but mine are 15's tyre size is 195/45/15. i found that it scrubs a bit if u have a few people packed in the back but thats when you like drive fast over bumps ! but all i did was smack in the lip on the arches and jobs a good 1. but if you dont want to mess around with that you could try and strech some slightly thinner tyres like 190 or 185 ?. dont know much about 14's sorry. oh and this is aon a coupe 1992.

Ali :-D

14's with the correct tyres sizes should be fine on a coupe. YOu can get 15s on but generally they are a bit harder to get onto the car without scrubbing. 14's look good and give minimal hassle.

Alot of people who run standard VAG 14x6 Alloys (P-slots, Teardrops, Bottle Tops etc) use 185/55/14 tyres. Retains the stock rolling radius so your gear ratios remain more or less the same.
