HELP!! I need advise please!

Featured Replies

Right then the story starts with me in january placing my car at the time no so very neatly into the back of a vauxhall tigra writting off both cars.

I was told on the scene by the police that because no one was hurt its not a legal matter and just an insurance battle and my license was safe.

Got to March time (just as my 2 year driving probation after passing my test balls was up) and the police came knocking at the door. They said that there is a new thing now where young drivers like myself that get into accidents involving third parties are being charged with CD30 (driving without due care and attention) so i asked about my license as the accident was before my 2 years was up and they said Id be fine.

So on 30May i got charged with CD30 got 7 points and a £300 fine and thought nothing more of it, just to drive carefully and think myself lucky i never got banned.

Got a letter through today from the DVLA saying that in 5 days time my licence is being revoked and ill have to apply for a provisional!!

Now i cant loose my license i need it to get to work and i love driving i cant not drive.

Do I have any case at all to fight so as to convince the DVLA not to take away my license of can i appeal against the courts to redude the amount of points I got?

I need help quickly i cant loose my license any and all help is welcome :D
