hi i purchased some mitsubishi evo 8 recaros a while ago got down to fitting them today. and well fucked up big time my cars stripped and there was no way i could see of transfering the runners over from my mk4 polo seats. so i cut away the floor pan fornt mount on the dub and decided to make some frames up outta box section alluminium. done all my measurments got drilled the floorpan went to mount them in and well some where along the line iv made a fuck up on measurements. so i need a new plan of action or some adaptors for my recaros iv tried looking aorund but have had no joe any help would be very aprecitated as the car is fully stripped and I'm in the middle reppainting and building it for edition 38.

ring recaro for propper subframes to fit them into your car? won't be cheap but should then bolt straight in!

managed to find some1 who did the subframes they said theyd order direct form recaro but there were bout 160quid for the pair but there was a 4 week turnaround so back to the drawing board and have spoke to a few people and I'm now gonna cuz the bases of the old polo seats and weld the recaros to them. n mayb gut a 1inch or so outta the rear legs so well i sit on the floor

use the exisitng frames on them and simply wel dsome flat plate bar across the tops of the old runners and then rig a slide mechanism bud really easy that way
