I've just been given some of these:

and as I've got some seats for the mk3 i would like to put some in the mk4 so these were a great option...

so whats needed to fit these? can you help me please i think its just as easy as swop the subframes but... i cant find any that look like they fit?

you'll need to contact Corbeau and they can supply subframes for your car... however, you might need to use a supplier such as Demon Tweeks or even Halfords to get hold of them

probably about £50-70 each
