You can just mod your own.

Look under the bonnet and take the scuttle pannel off. You'll see all the mechs for the wipers.. Take the passenger wiper off and bung the hole up using a rubber bung. Where the middle wiper is fastened there is a little arm that is fastened to the bottom of the wiper on one end and the motor arm on the other. take this little arm off, you have to lengthen this about 1/2 inch (most people weld a decent size nut in the middle of this arm)

Put it back on.. but dont fully tighten it. Move the wiper to the desired sitting position and tighten the arm back on.. and test.. it may need playing with to get it in the right sitting position tho, just basically lossen the wiper, move, re-tighten and test untill your happy..

Oh and obviously get a bigger wiper blade!

And sit back and enjoy your masterpiece and go spend the 50 quid you just saved on booze!!

BUT.. make sure the arm is welded properly or if you can the right size arm thats strong enough do that as the last thing you want is for it to snap when your doing 70mph in a storm!

thanks, ill let u no how it goes
