My little bro took his off to smooth a few weeks ago, i`ll ask him tomorrow how he did it

Heres hoping someone replys sooner for you

heh i hope so, I'm off to get it tomorrow...could be tough if i dont know how lol

the wires will por be under the trim panel on the boot. make sure you disconnect them all! (spend a bit of time to double check!) it should then just be a case of unbolting the old one, then bolting the new one back on. best to have a couple of mate to hand to, cos i found with just two of you its tricky holding the boot in place and trying to locate the bolts at the same time!

Believe me, it's not as easy as it seems.

First of all you have to find where to disconnect the wires (couldn't do that myself so gave up and let garage do it)

Then you have 2 bolts at the top

Then the hydraulic arms should either be unscrewed or unclipped (can't quite remember)

cheers guys, well we will find out how i get on later

Its well easy to do!

Took me half hour for the whole job!

Take off the back of the trim panel, undo all the clips and wiper stuff etc

Lift the boot up, I'd leave the lifters on at the point, undo the top bolts holding the boot on, you may need someone else to hold the boot for you, you need to pull all the wires out of the side of the boot on the left hand side.

Once done then take off the boot and undo everything else left.

Putting the new one on do the complete reverse, putting the wires back in is a bitch!!!

Then just do it all back up connect the wires back up and bingo bango all done!
